Yes, here it is, the one subject we all hate to talk about but ultimately have to. In all honesty, we at TRIO Photography love taking pictures so much we would just about do it for free IF we didn't need food and shelter.
Many photographers are elusive about thier charges...WHY?.....we're not sure. TRIO Photography believes in open communication with our clients, and that is especially true when it comes to money.
To get a good idea of portrait costs, you must account for the actual photo shoot and the final prints. So here's the breakdown:
CREATIVE FEE
Our charge for capturing you and your family is $100 per hour. We are often asked, "what does that include?". This fee has been derived from our time before the shoot (consultation & scheduling); our time during the (which generally lasts about an hour); our time to prepare the proofs; a post-consultation to view the proofs at our studio; and all activities related to print processing & delivery. A typical photo shoot will require about 5 hours of time from start to finish.
